See pediatrician: Were the flu symptoms including stomach disorder? If so, did you give an anti-diarrheal medication? If you did that, it could explain lack of bowel movement. It is important that your child stay hydrated, so give plenty of fluids and have pediatrician examine soon. Good luck.
