I had poison ivy/oak on back of neck and treated with topical cortisone cream. the skin feels itchy dry and flakey 3 weeks past, what should i do?

Moisturize: Apply a thick moisturizer such as vaseline to soothe the skin. If the condition continues, a steroid cream will help. Over the counter Hydrocortisone cream may not be strong enough but worth a try. If all fails, see your doctor for a prescription topical steroid.
