Hard to label: Localized rashes are more often due to contact with an agent at that site than an illness.A fabric softener/detergent residual may be the trigger. Chigger bites are another agent that involves tight locations like belt lines/bra lines but these rarely blister. Some skin issues require more direct observation to sort out.
