Lymph nodes: Almost everybody has a few freely-movable maybe-a-little-tender lymph nodes in the neck. They are there to help you and are nothing to worry about. The armpit pain you'll have to seek an explanation for; this is usually musculoskeletal and i'd not be concerned.
