How do i get rid of this painful lump in left side of throat and armpit?

Unusual combination : See your doctor for an evaluation. These areas, throat and armpit, are not directly related and may indicate a more systemic or "whole body" issue. Without a lot more information including looking in your throat a feeling the lump in your armpit it's very hard to figure out what's going on.
