Needs work-up: Many conditions can cause the feeling of a lump in the breast, but certainly you should see your doctor and have this examined. You may need a mammogram and further work-up, especially if there is a family history of breast ca, even though you are young. Some "lumpiness" may occur with your period and then resolve. Also, the swelling near your collarbone and l armpit need to be evaluated.
