Try Myobloc: It is very rare for people to develop antibodies to botox, but if that happens, it is possible that after 6 months or so you will respond again, but then after a few more treatments antibodies may return. You can also ask your doctor to try myoblock, which is a very similar product, but it is different enough that the antibodies to Botox may not interfere with its effect on migraines.

No: There are other form of botulinum toxin that can be used, like type B, C, D, E, etc. However only type A (Known as BOTOX) as been approved for Migraine. The other versions should work the same however may not get coverage because of the distinction the Type A has. You may need to appeal to your insurance to get coverage.
