It could be: A cervical radiculopathy resulting from any type of condition that irritates a nerve in the cervical spine. The pain travels down the arm in the area of the involved nerve. You should consult with your pcp as soon as possible to rule it out or confirm the diagnosis & if so have cervical spine imagery. Most importantly s/he'llhelp u w/ the pain.
