Urgent visit to MD: 32 year old woman with a complaint of sore throat, fatigue, and a generalized rash on the extremities. You need to visit a physician immediately for a physical exam. If you had a fever and sore throat that has been persistent, your rash could be sequelae from untreated strep infection. There are several other differential diagnoses. If you have fever and severe fatigue I would suggest an ER visit
