Get checked: A medical check up is necessary to find the cause of chest pain in this location. It could be from angina which is a serious heart condition where chest pain is brought on by exertion. It is easy to diagnose with ekg and some further medical testing whivch can be done by his physicians.I would advice you to have a medical check up without any more delays.
