None necessary: Geographic tongue is a benign condition and needs no treatment. On rare occasions, one may experience some pain with very hot or spicy foods and in those cases just avoid eating such things.

Vit.b complex: Geographic tongue is loss of filiform papillae and comes and goes leaving a bald spot on tongue.Vitamin b complex can be used but no cure is known. Nothing to worry about.

None: My collegue is right on! vinegar based salad dressings can be especially uncomfortable. It also seems to be worse in younger patients. As you age, you may notice decrease episodes and severity. Hang in there.
