I have a red small patch on my tongue. the patch feels smooth, not painful and its been there for almost a week now. what could it be? possible treatment option ?

Rash: Hi, it’s hard to say without a picture but there is a great app that may be able to help you get a diagnosis without being seen in person by a dermatologist.
