A member asked:

I have a large lump on my sclera. it can't be seen by inverting the eyelid, and doesn't respond to pataday, tears, or compresses. it is solid and hurt?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Needs exam: Is it near the cornea, white with small blood vessels? This would be a pinguecula or pterygium. If blue tint or darker it is more of a concern. Either way you need an eye exam by an ophthalmologist.
