Viral syndrome: Your symptoms sound like viral syndrome with dehydration. This can be serious, and it may also be something more serious. I recommend aggressive hydration with fluids and electrolytes like gator aid etc. If not improving in 3-4 hours see a doctor.

Syncope: If you are losing consciousness, even transiently, accompanied by fever and shortness of breath you should get to medical care asap. Have somebody else take you. Do not drive. But get to see a doctor immediately. Do not pass go, do not collect anything, go.
