HTN: Tremor is not usual due to just high BP. Other reasons need to be looked for. Some of ther symptoms you describe are concerning and can be due to your uncontrolled BP or effect to other organs due to HTN. You should contact your MD asap and if you are feeling unwell should seek care now. Best of luck.
