It looks that you: Have serious problem . We need to think the worst case scenario . In this case heart attack is high on the list and i urge you to call 911 and get to the ed asap. Good luck.

Get help in person: As a general rule, i instruct my patient that if they ever think it is possible they are having a heart attack, then it is possible they are having a heart attack and should be evaluated as if they are. You have lots of medical problems, and certainly women (and diabetics) can have pain that is different from the "classic" description. I suggest you go to the er or see your doc asap.
