Yes you could still: Have endometriosis. Did you have nausea before your surgery? However i would expect endometriosis to have cyclical symptoms, often including pain. I'm not sure this explains your nausea. May be worth getting a 2nd GI opinion. Is there a possibility of gall bladder problems? Sometimes these occur w/o stones & are hard to dx. Nmri can help. Is pancreas ok? Any pattern to nausea?

Yes. : It is not uncommon for endometriosis to occur after a partial hysterectomy. If your ovaries are removed it is less likely to recur. Probably need to see your GYN to be evaluated for endometriosis. Hope this helps.
