I had a blood clot three years ago , i had another scan this year and its still there my inr levels won't level what can b done ?

Don't always go away: Sometimes the clot just becomes what we call "organized" meaning it stays there and isn't really at risk of causing an embolus but isn't completely gone. What do you mean by, your inr's won't level? Too high, too low?
