Enoxaparin: Why do you check inr when you are on enoxaparin? Inr is not something to see or check when you are on enoxaparin. That level has nothing to do with enoxaparin. If you are also on warfarin/coumadin along with enoxaparin and your inr is still low now for 2 months- then you have to discuss with your doctor- perhaps the dose of Coumadin has to be increased and you should be more careful with diet etc.

Anticoagululation: Coumadin (warfarin) would be the drug to consider and get off shots unless there is some other issue inr is affected by coumadin (warfarin).
