Yes: That is rare & they are not necessarily enlarged when they show. You need a gyn exam & further evaluation to be clear on the diagnosis.

See below: Non-enlarged lymph nodes seen on a ct scan are likely just to be a normal finding in most anyone. Would not seem to be related to endometriosis to me. Ask the doctor who ordered the ct scan to review with you what the significance of the radiology reported findings means for you.
