Adhesions: Post-hysterectomy w. RUQ pain queries cause. Med literature reports common evolution of peritoneal adhesions following any/all abdominal/pelvic invasive/surgical procedures. In my experience, many post-invasive-procedure "endometriosis" patients have IBS-like symptoms. Endometriosis is a theoretical disorder lacking firm pathological proof &, in my opinion, is likely an iatrogenic disorder.
