Hmm!: I treated one eating disorder patient with wellbutrin (bupropion) & tracked her very closely. I was very concerned when i learned that she had restarted her dysfunctional eating behaviors even though she had denied it. The problem is that people with eating disorders often will not admit when their eating symptoms return or increase.
