Yes but: there is an increased risk of liver problems and the Trintilix dose should be cut in half. You should discuss this with your doctor before doing this to assess other medication problems

Not recommended: These doses are not recommended together. Trintellix may stay in the bloodstream for much longer when taken with Wellbutrin, which may increase Trintellix’s side effects. When these two meds are taken together, the recommendation is that Trintellix’s dose is reduced by 50%, such that the maximum is 10 mg/day. It’s going to be worth discussing this information with your prescribing doctor(s).
