Only jittery?: If that is the only or worst side effect, you are probably safe - but you may want to discuss alternatives. Most of these drugs have side effects, so it could be worse. Be careful. Consider (with professional) trying talk therapy to help deal with issues and slowly get off meds. Ask a dr or pharmacist about interactions with all other things you take. Perhaps you can make changes that way. Best!
