Extraction: Frequently wisdom teeth partially erupt, not coming all the way into place in the tooth line, so that can cause pain. Infection can occur when food gets trapped between a partially erupted wisdom tooth and the gum. Wisdom teeth that are painful are often infected. Removing these teeth can heal the ulcer and the pain.

Check by Dentist: You should have it checked by your dentist or an oral surgeon. The tooth is likely partially impacted and will be a source for chronic problems since will be difficult to keep clean. The ulcer is likely due to the same.
