Call the surgeon: You may have them from the trauma of the surgery, but it is impossible to tell you. Call the doctor who did your extractions and talk to them about your symptoms. They are the best people to answer your questions.

Maybe due to: Ulcers in the mouth following the removal of wisdom teeth may be related to surgical trauma. Limited access to the wisdom teeth due to a small mouth or limited opening makes surgery more difficult. Ulcers can also be due to biting of the tissues while you are still numb as well as biting of the tissues when the tissues are swollen.
