White fillings: I've seen some white bonded fillings cause pain almost instantly after placement. One possible cause can be slight contraction of the filling material. Please inform your dentist so he or she can help you. Among the options is removal of the fillings and placement of medicated temporary fillings to sooth the nerves in the teeth and re do the final fillings after all symptoms have resolved.

High?: Possible cause is high fillings which could also cause jaw problems. Other causes include a nerve irritation which may or may not heal, injection irritation of the muscles of the jaw. Call you dentist and have the area checked out.
