Hard 2 know!: You have symptoms of uri, strep throat, viral pharyngitis and it could be many other things. If you treat this symptomatically with warm saline gargles, acetamenophen or ibuprofen, rest and liquids and you continue to have issues or worsen, see your pcp. Strep throat is a concern.

Possibly bronchitis: It could be bronchitis, an infection of the airways. A low grade fever usually means a viral etiology so antibiotics are ineffective. Treatment consists of symptom management while the viral infection runs its course, usually over a few days. If you develop shortness of breath or worsening symptoms, see your doctor.
