What is the best way to get relief from my itchy cough? i have chest congestion which seems a little better, but now i have this awful itchiness in my throat when breathing. ran low fever for 24 hrs 1 day ago. some wheezing. need itch relief please?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may try over the counter throat lozenges. Fever suggests an infection, may be viral, if you do not get better in a day or so it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
