URI: You haven't actually asked a question; however, it sounds like you have caught a cold. More history and description of symptoms, as well as an exam, would be better to give you a more reliable diagnosis. If fever is high or persistant, make an appointment to see your physician. Otherwise, supportive care with fluids, rest, and few days time should be enough for you to start feeling better.
