See Doctor: Cough congestion sore throat all sound like influence like illness. However, since sob is in the mix it would be best to be evaluated by your doctor.

It could be: From a viral infection causing ur sorethroat/ pharyngitis and cough/ bronchitis. Taking otc cough meds, vitamin c may help. However, if ur symptoms get worse and persistent, go see ur dr and get checked for bacterial infection. Best wishes! http://www.M.Webmd.Com/cold-and-flu/tc/coughs-topic-overview.
