Is ureaplasma or micoplasma contagious from sitting on a toilet (urine contact) in a public facility, etc. is it true that many people have ureaplasma and don't even know it?

No and yes: Yes, it's true a lot of people are unknowingly infected with ureaplsma but no, it requires intimate contact for transmission so the toilet seat should not be a problem. The best cure is prevention of transmission so be smart with you selection of intimacy partner.
