Sometimes: Various fillers exist which are all aimed at building volume in parts of the face or body where volume has declined. The tissue around the eyes is rather unique as is the skin around the eyes. It is important to consider your anatomy as unique & choose the option which would look the most smooth & natural in each case. See your ophthalmologist or other md with experience with these treatments.

No: I prefer hyaluronic acid products when close to the rim of the eye (juvederm or restylane). Lower than that i like radiesse (dermal fillers). Sculptra is better for larger volume volume addition (midface, laugh lines, temples).

No: Sculptra is an option but in opinion is not the gold standard to improve the appearance of hollow eyes. Periorbital rejuvenation is best achieved using fat transfer, restylane, (dermal fillers) or belotero. Fat transfer lasts the longest up to 5 years.

No : Sculptra is not the best option for various reasons - one being that there is high muscle involvement around the eye and it would be easy for the filler particles to "bunch" because of that. Restylane is a great option and although it is not permanent, it lasts a long time under the eye and is immediate.

Sculptra eyes: Sculptra should not be used to correct hollow eyes as it is very likely to form nodules in that area.
