Swollen joints: If one joint was swollen, i would be more likely to recommend er evaluation to rule out septic arthritis; a bad infection that attacks a joint. In your case, you are having pain in multiple joints all over the body. This is more likely indicating a systemic type of arthritis. I would advise evaluation by either your primary physician or a rheumatologist.
