Possibly.: Your major organs need a certain blood pressure (perfusion pressure) to function normally. Severe blood loss can lead to low blood pressure, and if severe enough, death. With that said, a low blood pressure may be normal for you and many others. If you are otherwise healthy, and having no symptoms, a blood pressure may be normal for you. Check with your doctor.
