I was told panic attacks aren't fatal, however, i was also told that blood pressure spikes during the attacks can indeed cause stroke/hemorrhage. i'm confused, which one is it?

It depends.: If have hyperlipidemia or diabetes at an old age bad things can happen but at a young age you can tolerate since no hardening of the vessels and having elasticity.
