Avoid stimulants: Avoid salt, avoid stimulants such as caffeine, alcohol nicotine and decogestants ( as well as illicit drugs) and stress. If it still happens see a doctor.

Good question: Would need several readings at diffrent times and dates. If this is persistent., a full work up with labs and imaging needs to be done.
