Not a diagnosis: "Low blood pressure" is not a diagnosis. Your symptoms are not caused by your BP. Find a more sophisticated DR. Low thyroid? Depression? There are hundreds of possible diagnoses. Taking any meds or herbs?

Look elsewhere: Low blood pressure in an otherwise Healthy person is not a disease. However it can occur if you are not very active,(sluggish lifestyle). There are a few things you must do: Drink extra liquids such as a glass full of water first thing in the morning and once more, mid day. Use extra salt in your diet and drinks, gator-aid may be even better. Secondly you should get out and take a daily walk.
