Yes. : It is possible to have normal serum electrolytes after three days of this "diet", but will not be sustainable for long. This is not a healthy diet for anyone.

Yes: The kidney is very smart and will conserve electrolytes in the setting of a lack of intake. If you are well nourished and have no electrolyte issues prior to drinking distilled water the labs should be ok. It just gives an appreciation for how sophisticated the body is. I would not recommend this as a chronic diet.
