A member asked:

What does bilateral hilar lympadenopathy and mediastinal ltmphadenopathy plus esophageal thickening mean?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Go see your doctor. : You didn't give your age. Younger patients can have sarcoidosis(this is not a cancer) which can cause enlarged lymph nodes. Thickening of the wall of the esophagus could be caused by chronic inflammation like from reflux. An endoscopy(looking into the esophagus) may be needed.
