Depends: Reducton in cholesterol containing foods can lower cholesterol for some people. Also weight loss can be associated with improved lipids. However< increased saturated fat intake can increase LDL cholesterol. This may , however be associated with decreased triglycerides and increased HDL cholesterol along with lower nonhdl , apob and LDL particle number. Follow you numbers if you change your diet.
