Fiber diet: Fiber in your diet makes more stool, the stool is made with color from bile which contains cholesterol from the liver. When the bile is excreted to digest your food, fiber, and fat, it moves along with the stool and is excreted in larger content in a big bulky high fiber stool. And thus- lowering your blood cholesterol levels.
