Stop smoking.: If you stop smoking you will very likely lower your cholesterol and avoid atherosclerosis which smoking is a key contributor to. I can't emphasize this enough for healthy living. You're young and so you have a great chance to kick this habit and lower your cholesterol. Good luck!

Stop smoking: The way you ask your question, sounds like you are doing all you can do without medication. With family history of high cholesterol, you may be at the best you can do without medication. You don't say how high your cholesterol is, and with no other risk factors, you may not need medication yet. You do list smoking, though, so stop that.
