Neurosurgery 27 years experience
Size/location key: Small meningiomas typically do not cause symptoms unless they are leading to small seizures. However large tumors that cause significant symptoms should be considered for surgical removal as they can lead to further dysfunction by the pressure they place on the adjacent brain.
