Pain all over: This is not normal, but it may not be from something serious. The most likely source is a painful muscle condition call fibromyalgia, that is related to poor sleep, emotional issues, and tender muscles in most areas. There are other more serious possibilities, so make sure you are checked by your physician to get appropriate tests. If all are negative, exercise, improved sleep, support group help.

Quite unusual: If your symptoms came on spontaneously without vigorous use of your muscles such as with yard work or exercise, then such pain is unusual for someone of your age. Should it persist, see your doctor.
