what's the hard feeling thing inside thigh attached to groin. what would cause pain in it with pain in side & back of ribs & shoulder/neck/jaw pain?

Fibromyalgia: 30 y female with widely ranging pains of pelvic, shoulder, neck, back & head regions also has joints that crack. If lab evals (including CRP & sed rate) are normal, then fibromyalgia (FM) to be considered. FM & Hypermobility Syndrome are highly associated & people with latter commonly have joints that "crack ". See Rheumatologist followed by an Osteopath.
