Chest pain: this type of symptoms in young female may represent possible viral pericarditis or pneumonia, since you have leg pain, blood clots also possible. If symptoms are chronic, it may be due to fibromyalgia. You may need at least chest x-Ray and possible echocardiogram and some blood work, please seek medical care if symptoms worsen or severe.
