See your doctor: While this may not be anything serious, it is important to have him checked for pyloric stenosis, where the stomach cannot empty into the intestines properly. This will not get better on its own, and requires surgery. Once surgery is done, no more problems!

Talk to your: Pediatrician. He may have an obstructive phenomenon, gastritis or a food allergy. Your pediatrician will also make sure he is getting adequate nutrition.

Get evaluated ASAP : It's uncommon for pukes in such young infant get help to see what's going in. Call his pediatrician, it could be a number of things including virus infection. But anatomical anamolies need to be ruled out as well.

Vomiting: If your baby looks fine and feels happy after "vomiting", is voiding well, and is gaining wait, he could have developed acid reflux. Other causes to rule out - overfeeding, stomach virus, intestinal obstruction, etc.

Acid reflex?: Is he actually vomiting or is it regurgitation.This is usually caused by acid reflux. Try small frequent feeding. Sit him up for 30 minutes after feeding. Thicken feelings. If these simple things dont work see your pediatrician for evaluation and treatment.
