No : No, topical hydrocortisone is definitely NOT thr cause of constant vomiting and spitting up. Colic Calm is not a contributor, there is something else going on with your baby. Given this is the weekend and you are concerned about persistent emesis, I would recommend an ER evaluation. We need to get a complete history and physical exam to learn more about the cause of this vomiting.
