How can i help my 3 month old from vomiting and spit up? is there a medication he can take? hes 7.6kgs. i am worried with the rate of his weight gain.

? Pyloric stenosis: 7.6 kg at age 3 months is good weight provided birth weight was beteen3.0 & 3.7kgs. We normally expect normal BW, full-term baby to double BW at4 moths & triple BW at age-1-year. Spitting up is normal occurrence. Projectile vomiting (vomit shoots out distance) is abnormal & at age 3.months could be due to pyloric stenosis. Unlikely, because weight looks good unless has been unchanged for some time
